fast simple and durable
I've used these since I started with freeweights years ago. I recently moved for college and accidentally left mine in storage so I had to order another pair to go with the bar I purchased locally. I tried to make do with those cheap metal spring clamps but got annoyed with them after about one set.
I had used the same pair of them for years and they worked just as good as when I got them. They slide on and lock easily and don't scratch up your bar like the metal kind do. They are made out of some kind of tough plastic but have little rubber pads on the inside that press against the bar when in the locked position.
As with any bar clamp do not take the process of securing the weights lightly. I always visually check the clamps immediately before lifting because when you get in a routine you sometimes forget details. Gravity does not forget.

Solid and reliable
Troy Industries is already known for excellent quality AR-15 accessories; this foregrip is no exception. I've examined many foregrips in order to find a high quality and reliable grip. Much of what's offered are cheap polymer grips or fancy whiz-bang grips that offer some silly utility. Extending bipod legs? Flip down ergonomically correct polymer? Pink? No - this is the real thing. Made from the same durable aluminum as their battle rails painted the same matte black and just as reliable this foregrip is solid well-checkered for a tight grip and easily installed in less than a minute. It also features the ability to remove a portion of the grip for "stubby" length as well as a water-tight chamber for extra rounds or a few extra smokes (during those extended missions). I'm happy with this purchase and the quality far exceeds much of what's out there now.

Football Jersey
We are very pleased with the quality of this product. My grandson wears it to school two to three times per week. Consequently it gets washed two to three times a week. With all this wear and washing it still looks like a new shirt.
